Information we collect

My Heya has no accounts or sign-ups. We only ask for personal details if you use our contact form.

Contact form

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message by email, along with your IP address. We use them only to reply to you and to prevent spam. We do not store them on the website’s server. The form uses a cookie only to prevent spam.

Like most websites, we keep server access logs. They include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use them only to keep the site secure and working. Our hosting provider keeps them for a limited time.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit and how long you stay. This information does not identify you personally. You can learn more in Google’s explanation, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Images and links to ShareClip

Photos of share houses are loaded from ShareClip’s servers. When you open a listing or send an inquiry, you are using ShareClip, and its privacy policy applies. Links to ShareClip include a tag that tells ShareClip the visit came from My Heya.
